This is an introductory offer for your first Shiatsu treatment with me.

A Shiatsu treatment takes about an hour and takes place in the traditional way in comfortable clothing on a futon. Usually, the session will begin and end with a short conversation over a cup of tea. Shiatsu therapy is based on a spirit of kindness and compassion. It can help soothe: Back, neck and joint pain Sleep Disturbance Headache Stress Exhaustion Digestive problems Period Pains And can bring about: Deeper relaxation Mental clarity Improved circulation Shiatsu can also accompany you safely during pregnancy and after giving birth. It can help you embrace your changing body, reduce discomfort (upper and lower back, legs, pelvis) as well as strengthen the connection to your baby. Shiatsu can support you as a mother to re-gain energy, calmness and patience and provide a safe space to care for yourself while entering the wilderness of motherhood.

In order to achieve a longer-lasting effect, it is recommended that you commit to at least 3 - 5 treatments at intervals of one to two weeks, after which a long-term treatment can also be useful once or twice a month. Please note: Shiatsu is not suitable in cases of high fever, acute infections or inflammation and should NOT replace a visit to a doctor!
